About My Practice
A Life of Balance

I’ve regularly been practising Yoga since 2015, certifying as a Multi-Style Yoga Instructor in November 2018. I undertook my training in Rishikesh India, the international home and heart of Yoga.
The foundation of my practice centres on the deep connection between the physical and the emotional body. Using traditional Yogic Pranayama techniques, my practise explores the power of unified breathe and movement, as a tool to bring transformative change to our physical, mental and spiritual lives.
My practise also incorporates Meditation and Mindfulness, recognising the central importance of these practises in the traditional Yogic journey.
I aim to provide classes that respect the ancient heritage of Yoga, whilst providing accessible, useful and suitable exercises to restore balance and peace to Modern living.
